Dear sir, My name is Sanjeevkumar Inchal, on 14/09/2021 at 01:13pm I have initiated a online payment to Indira Gandhi National Open University for 10, 000rs through Razorpay with my Canara bank debit card, the transaction was not successful but my bank account has been debited.

It's been more than 7 working days and I have not received my money back, please help me to solve the issue.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
