    We ordered 6.5 kgs of Drool Dog Food from the website and paid Ra.1840.80 through netbanking on razorpay on Sept 9th 2021 from ThePetCare.in (tel:[protected]). Till sept 16th there was no revert made and when enquires were made the owner got very defensive and aggressive.

    A week later, still no shipment and when asked about it, they replied saying the would refund 2 days later. They keep sending mails saying refunded back through razorpay but no identification number given or refund reference number.

    I wonder if they are scam artists operating, stealing money from people and blaming it on razorpay.

    I would like y'all to help settle this matter as ThePetCare is pasing the blame on to RazorPay. Please help us get a refund of our money of Rs.1840.80 and if possible to bring these defrauders to justice.

      You are kindly stated that on[protected] Rs 50000/- has been debited INDIAN BANK ACCOUNT, no- [protected], dhamsia branch through razorpy gateway, in order to credit ICICI MF folio no-9570383 in the same .UN FORTUNATELY, it is still pending . Idon't know what the reason is .Transaction ID[protected] . Kindly look into the matter properly by which the money to be credited or refunded as early as possible . Thanks - BIKAS CH. DAS

        Dear sir, My name is Sanjeevkumar Inchal, on 14/09/2021 at 01:13pm I have initiated a online payment to Indira Gandhi National Open University for 10, 000rs through Razorpay with my Canara bank debit card, the transaction was not successful but my bank account has been debited.

        It's been more than 7 working days and I have not received my money back, please help me to solve the issue.

                Payment Settlement

                I had created an Account on 7th May 2021 to receive payments for my services from my clients.
                My account was activated and I sent two payment links to one of my clients and my client paid the amount .
                The very next day, I was informed that my account is being de-activated as the banking partner has rejected my account
                I was informed about the charge back period of 120 days
                Its been more then 120 days now and...

                  I have started razorpay for my company, but after certain payment some get settled to my account . Now my account is deactivated and there is 22450 Rs in my account. They are not settled. They dont have customer care number & chatbox to raise my query. I cant get help from them.

                    On[protected] i have booked dry fruits twice on that day but so far the goods not delivered to me. i have paid through razor pay . there was an add reflected in face book, then i have booked the goods. later i have verified the mail sent by my banker regarding debiting of money from my account to the merchant through Razorpay. Therefore this complaint.

                      I had paid 3000 to one company via razor pay.. It was debited from account but not credited to that company.
                      I done payment on 7th September .. today is 18 sept.. razor pay is a biggest worst third party payment getway..today is 11th day generally if problem is occur, then within 48 hours or maximum in a 7 days payment will get back into the particular account but still I didn't get my money back on my account I give a minus rating to razorpay.
                      Hopeless application made.

                              I had ordered Dryfruits-stock.myshopify.com for the purchase of cashew nuts and paid Rs.399/- through Razorpay on 09.09.2021 vide their payment ID:pay_HvNXvLIOBDU7me.

                              But the seller has not communicated with me and is not reachable since then when I tried to contact.

                              Razorpay on the other hand is not responding to my email and calls on toll free no.

                              I believe the seller is fake and is registered with Razorpay.

                              I, therefore seek your help in the refund of Rs.399/- from Razorpay.

                                  Had done a transaction between Mutterfly and Paytm.. was suppose to get my refund from Mutterfly via Paytm.
                                  Mutterfly is saying we have initiated the payment but its not reflecting in Paytm.. Paytm and Mutterfly is saying you need to get intouch with Razorpay if you have not received your payment!!

                                  This is going on for a month now.

                                    I've created an account on Razorpay and did my KYC and everything and they said it's activated, everything was going well for the last 3-5 days, but today I got an email saying that your account has been terminated and your funds are on hold for the next 180 days, like why? I just need my funds back asap, I don't care about my account, those funds are what I care about. I JUST NEED THEM BACK RAZORPAY...
