    Had done a transaction between Mutterfly and Paytm.. was suppose to get my refund from Mutterfly via Paytm.
    Mutterfly is saying we have initiated the payment but its not reflecting in Paytm.. Paytm and Mutterfly is saying you need to get intouch with Razorpay if you have not received your payment!!

    This is going on for a month now.

      I've created an account on Razorpay and did my KYC and everything and they said it's activated, everything was going well for the last 3-5 days, but today I got an email saying that your account has been terminated and your funds are on hold for the next 180 days, like why? I just need my funds back asap, I don't care about my account, those funds are what I care about. I JUST NEED THEM BACK RAZORPAY...

              Razorpay is telling that the payment is done from their end but realme agents are saying that they have not received the money, my order is also showing cancelled but my money has been debited...i don't know whom to blame but I want my refund .

                    The online shopping website called "raphastore.in" selling products' at 90% discount as clearance sale. in that website i ordered folding bicycle worth Rs. 1999/- and paid through reputed payment gate way Razorpay. They now give advantages to these fraudelent Vendors. Please note razorpay should take immediate response and refund who are all already paid through this payment gateway.

                    Now, till date no update from their side, the customer care numbers not reachable, mails sent to them are ended up with no response. Because of this incident i am menially upset as i have been cheated by these fraudsters.

                    Please take immediate action on this fraudster group & let us make this group know to the public to create an awareness, to not get cheated.

                              I was ordering for online shopping from de cathlon centre. I made a payment from paytm qr code scanner on 30 aug 21 with UPI Ref id[protected]. payment was succesful. Money debited from my account but order was not placed. Payment did not credited in order. Pls check what happened to my money and get return to my money soon. Payment screenshot is attached.

                                  Since my daughter wanted to apply for online licence she opened some online Licence E guide and mistakenly she goggle paid fees of Rs. 375/-. In the name of Razorpay software Pvt ltd on 26/08/2021. After some time when I checked the details I could find that she required licence not E guide.

                                  She requires a licence not E guide. So I request you to kindly go through the same and reverse the amount of Rs. 375 to my account at the earliest.
