      I got an email from karagari website regarding refund via razorpay.

      Received mail and link for getting refund from rayzorpay.

      While processing, it reverts as: issue in processing refund.
      Please help out on this.

            My Kotak Mahindra Bank account was debited for Rs. 10, 000 yesterday on[protected]. This transaction was not done by me. This is the fraudulent transaction. Please check following details:

                FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION THROUGH RAZORPA
                We placed an order with Lovato Appliances online, Order No. 1866 dated 5th. October 2021. Payment of Rs.293.82 was made through Razorpay payment gateway. Payment Id : pay_15cRYBSieLdgHp and Reference Order Id: 15_cRYBSieLdgHp.
                The Website of Lovato Appliances https://lovatoappliances.co.in is a fake Website.
                This Website does not exist anymore. I placed this order and only because I trusted in Razorpay Payment gateway. I was under the impression that if Razorpay is processing the payment for this company they must have done proper KYC. Obviously Razorpay Payment gateway’s KYC procedure is at fault.
                How can Razorpay accept payment on behalf of fake Online Shopping portal of Lovato Appliances?
                1.I received Copy of Purchase Order No. 1866 dated 5th. October 2021.
                2.I received payment confirmation from Razorpay payment gateway.
                3.I also received Payment Tracking confirmation from Razorpay that the payment is successfully settled to the merchant. Surprisingly the email mentioned in this document from Razorpay is contact.[protected]@gmail.com.
                When I contacted on this email contact.[protected]@gmail.com and email id of Lovato Appliances [protected]@gmail.com there was no response.
                I also sent several emails to Razorpay on [protected]@razorpay.com, but Razorpay obviously did not feel it was important to respond to my various emails and reminders.
                I also had some issues with Razorpay earlier when they did not confirm receipt of payment through email or SMS. Also did not settle payment with the payee for days.
                I have decided not to use Razorpay Payment gateway anytime in future because of their poor service and apathy towards users.

                Yesterday night around 9 pm, received a call from a person called Rahul Singh mobile no. [protected], who claimed he was from Razorpay. He had all the details of the complaint I had filed including order number and payment Id. He asked me to download Anydesk remote desktop app., enter my debit card /credit card nos. and so on.
                Obviously this was an attempt to commit fraud for
                1. The person did not converse in English and insisted that I speak to him in Hindi.
                2. When I questioned him about calling late in the night and asked him to call next day, he again insisted that for refund of disputed amount I must follow his instructions and the company will not call again.
                3. When I asked him to email the response he again said as a company policy they do not communicate by email.
                I refused to follow his instructions and cut off the call. But he kept on calling me till late in the night.
                My issue is how did this person get access to my complaint details including Order Id and Payment Id?
                There seems to be security issue with Razorpay.

                  I had ordered dry fruits on 07/10/2021 on Razorpay Software PVT Ltd to Shopping Mall payments.
                  Ref .N[protected], Rs. 798 From AXIS Bank.
                  The transaction was successful. The amount was deducted from my account.

                  But Still, I have not received material as well as a refund.

                  No action has been taken by them.
                  Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  All foolish, No response.

                  Just taking money from customers and not sending material.

                  Razorpay -Fraud company.

                  Customer care numbers are also fraud.

                    Have paid the Slice Repayment amount of Rp 9338 through Gpay and it went to Razorpay. And when I'm contacting Slice customer service they are saying that they havint got the amount, I paid this amount on 1 st October and now it's 14th please check on this issue as it's a lot of money

                            I had transaction airtel recharge to my brother through upi razorpay airtel payment amount rs 239.00 on[protected].That recharge is not complete successfully but respective amount is debited form my bank account.so first I raised the ticket to Google pay and it replied transaction is done successfully if any amount debited refund will get back shortly within 10 working days but after one month it's not refundable.so I raised complaint to bank but in bank said contact upi to get refund. So kindly check and solve as soon as possible.
                            Note I enclosed screen shots of above mentioned transaction check and verify to solve my issue.
                            Same day my brother had another recharge due to this transaction failed I attached that copy also check to verified and solve this issue.

                                    I had taken a loan from Red carpet but while receiving the amount I was asked for NACH mandate of Rs .5000 from Razorpay but now after clearing 90% of my amount I requested to cancel my NACH mandate and instantly I will be clearing entire amount but they didn't replied to my mail .I mailed many times to both the company but never got a reply.Now they are continuously adding interest to my loan amount on remaining 10% (1400 app.) has now became 5000 . Please help

                                      I have been on hold for more than 2 weeks now for activating my account.
                                      My website is live and i have also submitted whatever documents have been asked of me to razorpay team
                                      For 2 weeks I've been constantly trying to schedule calls and mailing them to get a reply
                                      But i have got the same reply over and over and over again that my case has been transferred to the banking partners and it'll take 24-48 hours.
                                      I have lost sooo much business and soo much time because of them. I have literally been crying because i cannot do anything about the situation and the only thing Between me running my business is razorpay and the thing is they dont even care if my account is activated or not
                                      I've talked to 2-3 different support people' and all of them have done the exact same thing
                                      There has been absolutely no help whatsoever from razorpay.
                                      They have just been stalling and bo doing any real work.
                                      I have tried to get a reply or a call back for such a long time now.
                                      I dont know what else to do as I've been feeling soo helpless
                                      They're a big company and there is absolutely nothing i can do to them
                                      But they are the reason im losing money. Sleep and my pease of mind
