I got mail that your settlement is on hold from razorpay on 24th august 2021

they asked me to clarify some points and told resolution time will be 2 working days, I have replied them same day with all my points. but nothing happen till Friday evening.

same mail I got from them yesterday evening and asked same clarifications again which I already replied on 24th august 2021 mail.

still my account is in hold for settlement, I use chat support system everyday but same answers they are giving. no customer care number is working
I am requesting them in chat that please call me so I can explain all things better, they are giving same answer but not getting call from them even.

now how can I pay amount to my vendor ?

      Clearly mentioned in his channel I'm non sebi then why asking about payment

        In phone pay I received a scratch card that you got a prize. Once I scratch that card, the amount has been debited from my account and credited to Razor pay. Please refund my amount.

          I tried to book tickets via irctc app on 27 may 2021 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

This marchant account name is cashfree .but in name related 12/11/2020 I received mail by razorpay in mail says to your merchant account disable by reason copyright infregment/ unauthorised use different identity. but DD HYDERABAD CYBER CRIME received one complain on cashfree instant loans app .in this compliant related cyber crime mail razorpay and demand some MID, BANK ACCOUNT etc. But razorpay officer misunderstanding and send my details in case related . CYBER crime Debit freeze my bank account and send me notice . In notice demand some details I all important details send and clear doubt Cyber crime in case related my account is not involved in case .cyber crime officer asking yes you not involved in case .but contact razorpay and asking razorpay team reply cyber crime mail or mail cyber crime and in mail mentioned your MID is not relations cashfree instant loans app than defreez bank account so please mail cyber crime.                       Amount paid Rs. 1999/- on 15th August 2021 through **** bank debit card No ... ... ... 9624 (ref: Ecom Pur/Raz*JCN Enter/Punagam/150821/17, as per the payment link made available at that time.

                      Promised delivery of Executive Chair by 8-9 days. No communication thereafter. No response on the company's link either.

                      Requested for immediate refund as I do not foresee any chances of their delivery promise.
                      Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Even I have a similar issue - Paid Rs. 2148 through a credit card# ending with 8022 on 16-Aug-2021 for a purchase of a executive chair from JCN Enterprise. No communication thereafter either with a confirmation of order received or delivery.
                      Request you to please arrange for a refund immediately.

                        Dear Sir,
                        The undersign is a Senior Citizen and Retd. Government Official. Pension is the only source of Income to feed my family. Post retirement, I applied for the job compatible with my experiences. In this regard I have also taken help of the services of recruitment & placement agencies (Careerbuzz & Careerbazar) to help in the quest of my job. The total amount paid to the abovesaid agencies is Rs. 355000 /- [Careerbuzz (Rs. 190000 /- & Careerbazar (Rs. 165000 /-)] respectively.

                        The services of the abovesaid recruitment & placement agencies were subsequently cancelled owing to the fake offer letter provided by Careerbuzz & Careerbazar respectively for Tata Power & Adani Power, Mundra.

                        Subsequently, Mr. Avinash & Mr. Rupit Sharma of Razorpay, Delhi had approached me on 19/08/2021 & 24/08/2021 and inform for the refund of Rs. 355000 /- available with razorpay after payment of the Transaction fees (Rs. 29200 /- only). They assured that once the transaction fee is paid, an amount Rs. 355000 /- will be credited immediately in my account. I have also submitted to the Razorpay "Refund Form" dully filled in for payment by Razorpay.

                        Despite payment of the tansaction fee Rs. 29200 /- on 24/08/2021 to Razorpay, the amount Rs. 355000 /- only was not credited to my account as yet. I could not enquire from Mr. Avinash & Mr. Rupit Sharma of Razorpay for non payment of the abovesaid amount as both of them have switched off their mobile. The conduct of Mr. Avinash & Mr. Rupit Sharma of Razorpay is detrimental to the status & Image of the Razorpay in the market. I am therefore once again being tortured mentally by the misconduct of Mr. Avinash & Mr. Rupit Sharma of Razorpay.

                        Since, the amount is available with Razorpay, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and release my payment of Rs. 355000 /- (Rupees Three Lakhs fifty five thousand) only immediately in my account. Please help.

                              I did payment through Razorpay payment gateway to a merchant named one on one indus pvt ltd but neither services nor goods received from merchant. I informed to Razorpay then razorpay mailed me that they have marked these transactions as dispute and will revert within 21 days. But after 12 days razorpay mailed me and informed me that merchant is not responding to Razorpay so contact bank for chargeback and i applied for chargeback. Razorpay neither sharing details of merchant nor responding to my mails. I have done FIR also in local police station. Razorpay can initiate the refund since merchant is fake. But razorpay is not doing anything.
                              Kindly look into matter and give my refund.
