Hello There I purchased shared bk plan and invested my money in that according to Shared Bk agreement. "from the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK. The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 160 rupees and the total profit is 1440 Rupees". and didn't provide me services perfectly as it promised to me, But it cheated me and scammed and runaway with my money. I invested my money in shared BK because it connected to trusted gateway razor pay, so please refund my amount in my account, Please refund my money in my account as soon as possible.

Last week create a merchant account and collect money from my client via razorpay, after collecting the money account verification documents failed, reply via email and not provided my payout and not ask any required documents for reactivate my account, no response from razorpay ...pls resolve my issue and provide my payout immediately

I have done payment of Rs 6800 for online purchase of bicycle from shoprol.in site on 11/08/2021 at 9:52pm
I have received email from [protected]@razorpay.com for the same.
But this merchant is a fraud site. So please take action for refund of my money.
Share details of shoprol.in at my email [protected]@gmail.com, so I can file case in cyber crime.

I have already shared that I have charged 22K and after complaining you guys what you did forwarded the case to the fraudlent company and they are sending link by using your name that they will initiate the refund but they are again trying to charge me ... I have also received a call that: I am from consumer Complaints and please do the following procedures to get the issue resolved: while following those instructions i got to know that they are asking me to pay again 22K. If you are not able to help me out then please shut it down.. Peoples are trusting you for resolutions and you are taking care of the fraudlensts only...

On the 16th of July and August, Rs. 5000 was debited from my bank account to razorpay.[protected]@icici without my authorisation via the Paytm apps automatic payment feature. Apparently the payments were scheduled on a monthly basis up to 2031 which implies that I would be paying 60, 000 per year, summing up to 6 lakhs over the 10 years.

I want to know who authorised such a huge payment on my behalf where I cannot even check the details of the receiver of the funds.

I want the Rs. 10000 credited to my account immediately and I want to know who authorised this transaction on my behalf.

This payment gateway seems fraud in their dealings, I had more than 90 eail communication asking for an answer but they have automated answering machine installed for customer support and blames in Covid 19.

The matter is regarding a purchase of a product through Razorpay as the gateway. The other end company is fraud and have collected the money and closed the website and contact addresses many times in different names and addresses. like : Imploret.com, clipop.in, Kartio.in, and now as Rolcub.in.

These merchants all have the same website layout and content and product. They use Razorpay as the payment gateway and when you enquire the same with they have an automated response, stating they are only payment gateways.

If you look at the number of complaints lodged against them, it is quite high and still they managed to get 160 million dollar funding! Which source? And their value tripled in the last 6 months!
