I recently paid for an order on the Jockey India website. I've contacted Jockey support and they say that there was a payment gateway issue due to which the amount has not been credited to them. However this is contrary to what razorpay track payment states with the payment ID as it says that amount has been credited to Jockey. Due to the faulty payment system it is unclear as to where my money is. Jockey says razorpay hasn't credited t and razorpay says it has credited.

I was using Razorpay as my payment gateway and it was all fine until one day my settlements got paused due to non-compliance with regulatory guidelines as set by their partner banks, which I believe is the SBI. They told me that they just needed to re-verify my KYC details, and then they would resume and they also asked me to send some invoices from customers (9HG926sXRttH8Pu). So I emailed them back asking the type of invoice they wanted...

Ticket (#2568217). Has been raised since long and the support team, just writes your ticket is resolved and if not reply to the message. I replied they come back in no time that it is resolved. A minimum of 20 emails had been passed between us and no one has bothered even to read my email.

I was paid accidentally 1967/- on Phonepe for Razor pay software Pvt Ltd for fastag, but I don't have any fastag on Razor pay, I was contacted Phonepe support for refund but they asked for contact Razor pay for further clarification, but there is no have contact details on Razor pay to refund my amount.

Payment made on 20 July 20 2021 and till date I have not received my order, merchant contact no is not working. I have mailed for refund to merchant but it doesn't get delivered at all to that merchant.
After searching on internet I got to know it was a fraud which was being done with help of razorpay payment gateway by which merchant was able to create his fake profile and fake site online. I request for refund of my 4098 rs. Immediately from razorpay. Since you provided this fake merchant an opportunity to create fraud compny and do online fraud you are equally responsible because your company has verified such fraud merchant
till time that merchant site is running even when I reported it to be fraud company.
This indicate that you are very careless about this. I request you to return my mone immediately or I am initiating leagal action against razorpay company in consumer court.

Razorpay, Is super fraud company who do not complete the settlement of customer. There is no proper contact number & no resolution of query is there from RAZORPAY. We are tried level best to contact RAZORPAY to clear our settlement but company intention is very wrong. I suggest people not to get associated with such fraud company. Company first do lots of on line advertisement than give some competitive fees structure in payment gatewayby which customer got trap & after that hold the settlement of customer. People please open your eye & don't stuck with fraud company else you will loose your money very badly.
