Razorpay, Is super fraud company who do not complete the settlement of customer. There is no proper contact number & no resolution of query is there from RAZORPAY. We are tried level best to contact RAZORPAY to clear our settlement but company intention is very wrong. I suggest people not to get associated with such fraud company. Company first do lots of on line advertisement than give some competitive fees structure in payment gatewayby which customer got trap & after that hold the settlement of customer. People please open your eye & don't stuck with fraud company else you will loose your money very badly.

I made a payment of Rs.269 on 19 June 2021 through phone pe .Transaction ID is T2106191922362456709903. Transaction failed but amount deducted from my account. Hi,
I have ordered in website through Instagram by your website on 7th june. Money has been deducted but they are telling that they haven’t recieve the money.
Do check iit now and refund my money as soon as possible.
It’s been 1 month already.

I got a call from [protected] and the person said he is from Razorpay called me for refund complaint status. He asked me to download few apps for the procedure and using those apps he asked me check my bank balance and he withdrew 25000 from ky account. PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Mht cet form fees payment got stucked at payment getaway and the money got deducted when the request is accepted on upi app but the website was not working money got deducted and payment failed was shown on the website...

I have been following up with @razorpay to receive my settlement amount. My account is active, transactions are happening but settlement is disabled. I have been trying to followup with Razorpay for over a month, they are not able to resolve the complaint. Horrible customer service. They do not care to provide an eta and support executive just keep saying it will be resolved at the earliest. The latest ticket id I have is #5672095.

I Purchase shared bk plan and invested my saving in that according to shared Bk agreement.

"From the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide rental services for equipment purchase by shared BK. The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 15 rupees and total profit is 1350 Rupees" and same other plan for high amount also.

and same did't provide services as mansion in agreement and same cheated with me and my savings, i investment my money in shared BK because it connected to trusted gateway razor pay, so please refund my saving in my Account.
