On 30/5/2021 I have ordered Malayalam books and payment was made through RAZORPAY. Payment details are given below.
Ref: [protected]IGALFFYXM8 for Rupees 1570.
Till date I have not received the books though money has already been deducted from my account.
Please do the needful to revert money to my account as I did not received the books....

Razor pay team is just washing their hands saying its processed from their end.
When i check with ICICI with the ARN number provided [protected], they say dont see any refund on this.

Iam not getting any support on this.

I placed an order in A website through razor pay. But now I didn't get any product and the website itself is not available. When I typed the number given on that website in Google I found that the same number is attached to few other websites too. Hence I am feeling it was a fake website . I have taken a credit line of dhani app. And I was pending due of rs 1484. Recovery department called me and tell me that pls pay rs 1470 to clear all loan. And money was credit after 72 hours. So she provide me a link of razorpay to pay the same. But money was not credited my ledger.

We request a payment gateway in razor pay for pur new business but we submitted all our proofs and certificate and they given live key after verifying...we are new in this gateway so we recognized and we thought payment Gateway approved our live key..so we started collecting payment from client named Mrs.vijayalakshmi of amount 50000...only because razor pay approved our live key only we started payment getting from client...

Have been using this service since a year but account was suddenly disabled. The customer support person says that 120 days will be required to settle the funds which is not justifiable. Return back my funds. This is completely unethical. Govt should look into this, as how they are exploiting small businesses....
