        I had done payment through rozarpay date 4th feb..after transaction being failed but my acc balance deducted by amount 3799..they said it will will be refunded in 5 to 7 days...but its 23 still i haven't got my money...on opening website ttjey are saying refund have been initiated and being delayed please help

          I applied for AU Small Finance Bank and for applying they asked for 5k initial payment. They didn't allow me to proceed with the KYC. It is now 12 days and the payment hasn't been received.                   We have booked a camera and have done the transaction of Rs 2149 with OptiCam India

                  They are doing fraud and cheating customers using razor pay

                  Kindly look into this and please initiate a chargeback/reverse transaction from the above account and transfer back to [protected]@icici

                    Hello, There is one Rs.10000 transaction on today from my Axis bank account. I tried to call customer care number of Axis bank account and they're not aware about the details of this transaction.

                    transaction is showing "NACH-DR-CTRAZORPAY". I did not have done any txn like this.

                          Today i paid 6997 rs to slaypay for loading money in wallet by razorpay payment gateway ( slaypay19.[protected]@icici), i approve the payment from my upi app, money debited from my account, but Razorpay and Slaypay showing me payment failed. Why ?

                              Some 2 years back, we made a request to Razorpay, which is our 3rd Party Online Gateway Service provider, for the addition of the HDFC Net Banking option in our online portal. This request was not handled properly and not responded well by the Razorpay Team.

                              Still, we are following the same request with them through our banker CUB

                              I think, they are not know or have forgotten the famous word of our Father of nation, Mahatma Gandhiji " CUSTOMER IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR BUSINESS AND THE REASON FOR THE PLACE WHERE WE ARE NOW "

                              Really fed up with their attitude.

                                    Lazypay fraud: I made a payment through Razorpay and the horror started after that. I got an sms from Lazypay asking me to pay the amount I borrowed from them through Razorpay(which I didn't!)
                                    They didn't tell transaction or merchant details.
                                    How to report this to authorities?

                                      I had done a UPI payment of Rs.5300 for an admission procedure in IGNOU website on 30th January 2023 at 3.40pm using Gpay. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the money was not credited to IGNOU . Since the last date to submit was today ( 31th January 2023), I had again pay to IGNOU from other UPI.

                                      So I need a refund of Rs.5300 from Razorpay, for the debited amount from my account on 30th January 2023 at 3:40pm .
