                  after providing all business activities proof they are telling.

                  We took this action because it has come to our attention that your account has violated our terms o[censored]se.
                  In order to mitigate future losses to Razorpay as a result of chargebacks, a reserve has been set in place on your account until further notice.
                  While we appreciate your interest in using our services, the removal of your account privileges is a permanent action and applies to all your related accounts.

                  around 10 lakhs has been on hold and now they are not replying their few executives told me that i am doing cryptocurrency business i provided all proofs to them that i am i it support and software provider but they are still not unfreezing my account or refunding my money.

                    I know this also payment gateway but how can I trust this payment gateway in future.Why Razorpay provide any scammer it’s payment gateway like OMG Burse, Shared BK etc.Those cheated us and scam. In short I am cheated and lost my money the reason is only you, Therefore you will have to refund my amount as soon as possible.Otherwise I’ll never use this Razorpay payment gateway in my life.                       On the 17th January 2021, an amount of Rs.375 was transferred to Razorpay for Fastag card.
                      But instead of Fastag Card, I got a Visa Card stating the number which is blank for the first 12 numbers and the last 4 digits state as 6929. The Card Expiry date is given as 02/2024.
                      I do not know what is this card and whether it is indeed related to Fastag.

                      I would like to have the amount of Rs.375 refunded back to my bank account from which it was debited.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I have been writing this mail from last one week to the merchant for my payment confirmation and NOC, however they are not even bother to respond a mail neither on call.

                                  I have been asked to pay the Full Loan Amount along with the charge through razor payment link, to get the loan amount closed and i have paid the full amount, now the Indiabulls team has starting sending my EMI link, after receiving full amount how come they charge EMI when the total amount as paid.

                                  I have tried a lot to contact them on phone and on email both, but they are not responding.

                                  I request team razorpay to please intervene in this matter.
