I had done a UPI payment of Rs.5300 for an admission procedure in IGNOU website on 30th January 2023 at 3.40pm using Gpay. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the money was not credited to IGNOU . Since the last date to submit was today ( 31th January 2023), I had again pay to IGNOU from other UPI.
So I need a refund of Rs.5300 from Razorpay, for the debited amount from my account on 30th January 2023 at 3:40pm .
