Hi, I tried to contribute to my NPS account on 5 jan 2022 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure. Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited.

Amount - Rs. 50, 000
Payment mode - UPI (Razorpay)

I have done transaction of RS 20047.20 from the Gpay . GPay shows transaction is successful. But Amount not credited to NPS contributions.

I have fully paid my due on 25/12/2022 but still my card temporarily locked. i have mailed several times but no result....

My account got disabled in razorpay and have 180k blance in that but they mail that steelment will happen after 120 days on 28th December but still my steelment has not reached to my account no response from customer care aswell...

I have created an account with Razorpay to use their payment gateway on my website. They had verified my account at first but after I started accepting payments. They have stopped my settlements and constantly ask for the same documents which I have provided them already. They blocked 23000 rupees of mine and for that, I had to lose 3 lakh Rupees....

I am using Razorpay from last one year, till date I have not received any call or message from them related to service.
Suddenly on 16th December an email comes that your funds have been held, get your verification done by us.
They demanded from me to give the satisfaction email of their receiver whether they have received the service or not.
I got this email provided to them, and I got them email provided not for 1 recipient...

Dear sir
on 4-4-22 at 3.36 pm rs 149 were debited from my bank through Bhim upi and credited to upi razorpay.[protected]@icici.
transaction id is[protected]
its autopay execution for razorpay
i don't think i have started any autopay
kindly inform the name of merchant whom payment is done

Dear sir, I m Dashan Trivedi. I was paid Byjus self Learnig course fees through Razorpay gateway, by ICICI credit card EMI option on dt. 17/11/2022. this payment transaction/id is RAZORPAY:BRZR79420986 of amount of =88000/- . I have cancelled the order so I want refund my payment of mention as per above amount....

Please refund my money which is debited form my account accidentally...
