[Resolved] Razorpay — cashbean loan paid issue

I paid cashbean loan amount 4266.22. Payment date 12/12/2019. My transaction is successful but cashbean say not done. I paid via razorpay pay net banking andhra bank. I attached screenshot of the bank statement. Pls see last transaction in the statement. I will never pay twice. It is bad behavior.
