Hello, Today, I booked the ticket from using Razorpay via BHIM UPI but ticket didn't get booked but money(1125Rs.) was deducted from the bank account. But i didnot get a confirmation about the my booking against transaction id:[protected].I enquired about this to IRCTC website about booking and transaction the said they didn't get the amount... May 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 21, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Kuldeep, We checked the UPI id `[protected]` of ₹ 1, 125.00 made on April 19th 2018 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days. If you do not receive the refunds, Feel free to drop us a email to [protected]@razorpay.com with a copy of your bank statement from the date of debit till date. we will be glad to help.
