I Neena Rani D/o Sh. Thakar Dass R/o Abohar having saving account in PNB Abohar has been defrauded for Rs.122287/- through UPI by some unknown person on 12/12/2020.Got a call from [protected] telling that you have won Rs.5000/- and put your UPI PIN on PhonePe When we tried to reach Customer care number of PNB we were told that your number is not registered. Payment gateway used in this case is Razorpay. You are requested to kindly register our complaint and help us in recovering the amount. Ticket no - 4745397 . I shared All the screenshots on last Saturday. And its been a week still i am not getting any update . Please make a call on my registered mobile number . Your customer care representative is not helping me in any way . He is saying to contact you on mail which i am already doing for last 7 days but no avail .
