[Resolved]  Razorpay — did not receive the refund of cancelled ticket

Address:Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, 251001

Sir i had cancel my ticket of irctc and didn't receive my refund of 1200.
My transaction id is - [protected] and my cancellation id is -
[protected]
And my pnr is - [protected]
Please refund my money as soon as possible.. I am also providing the screenshot. Its been 7 days. My transaction date is 5 april. Hope you guys will resolve it soon...

I had pay my irctc Ticket amount by BHIM upi of Rs. 870 but at cancellation he show Bank Name Razorpay yet i don't get Refunded amount of PNR No. [protected] and Transaction ID - [protected] also Refund ID - [protected] Date- 8 Apr 2018 Amount Rs. 630

We see that the refund for this has been initiated on 9th April 2018 . We are getting this checked with the banks. For further details on the same drop us a mail on support@razorpay.com with your contact details as well.

Hi, I'm subhrajit . I had booked irctc train ticket through upi app phone pe. Transaction id HDF8F0922B840754AA9B2CC34D87CC6EBE6. Money got debited but irctc ticket was not booked. Please check the transaction and refund the balance. Thank you.
