[Resolved] Razorpay — failed transaction upi ref no:[protected] | |||
Yesterday i was trying to book a ticket from kjm-bbs through irctc. Money got deducted from my bank and deposited to razorpay through tez, however the ticket not booked. Also, i can't see the failed transaction with the below reference number on irctc. So kindly check & refund my money asap as i have already booked another ticket. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days, failing which please drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com.
