[Resolved]  Razorpay — failed transaction upi ref no:[protected]

Yesterday i was trying to book a ticket from kjm-bbs through irctc.

Money got deducted from my bank and deposited to razorpay through tez, however the ticket not booked.
Also, i can't see the failed transaction with the below reference number on irctc. So kindly check & refund my money asap as i have already booked another ticket.

Amount deducted: rs 1655/-

We checked the txn with UPI reference no.[protected] and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days, failing which please drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com.
