[Resolved] Razorpay — firc related document | |||
We have been using razorpay international payment gateway for our international payments. Razorpay had promised us to issue a bank letter related to all inward international transactions as it is required by our bank and is mandatory as per the fema guidelines and rbi. Now we have been chasing razorpay since 3 months but they are not giving us the lteer giving us frivolous reasons. Our ticket reference with razorpay is 575569. We have been in touch with a certain mr. Deepak and mr mayank. All the time they say that they are in touch with the banks and will send the necessary documents shortly. If we do not submit the necessary documents then we stand to loose our import-export permit. We request that necessary action be take against razorpay so that we get the required documents. PLEASE PROVIDE FIRC COPY AGAINST REF NO.AXISCN[protected] USD400 & AXISCN[protected] USD350, we raise complaint against ticket 4738172 but not getting any response from your side.
