Hi i booked train ticket on 29th sep from irctc app from quilon to ernakulam town. An amount of 298.68rs have been debited frm my account at 1:27am and shown that credited to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank. I made transaction via google pay, and after transaction is done thrmere is no response from the razorpay and shows nothing. I already check the irctc app for confirmation of ticket but i didnot get the ticket till now. So kindly take necessary action on this issue and solve this early as possible.

    Hii
    Amount has been deducted from my phone pay account on 24 sep and have not shared any OTP with anyone nor have made any transaction . And i have done police complaint and raised a complaint in bank as well.

    Need help in this as this transaction happened without my consent. I tried reaching you guys in every way but no response from your end.

    Such a pathetic service . I will File the complaint in Consumer forum as well if relevent action will not be taken...

      Hi i booked train ticket on 21st sep frm irctc app frm gooty to dadar the amount of 1157rs have been debited frm my account to [protected]@hdfcbank, so tht i called irctc customer care they r unable to track my transactions i'd, they told me to complain upi and secondly i called my bank they said it has been debited but we can't help u in this we can i[censored] have use our mobile banking or something link to us, so plss refund my money asap the ref i'dno.[protected] and fyi, plss find the attachment. Thank u

        I'm ordered mobile on 13th september.

        Merchant doesn't responding me and razorpay also.

        I have generated 15 tickets frow last 3 days but razorpay not responding atleast once.

        Yesterday merchant trying to another fraud with me using upi but i have disconnected call. And i have saved my account from fraud.

        I request you to razorpay plz contact me. And solve my problem.

        I'm very patiently keep trYing your image clean but now it's overwhelming.

        I did all procedure that what you said me but not get any solution and Now I'll transfer my this problem to cyber crime branch. And now they have contact you.and also file PIL to high court. Now you have to paid my refund or court will file penalty. You have to refund my money nd extra charges for my court and police file charges too.

        I'll transfer PDF file of police case fir and pil to you within as fast as possible.

        I hope court and police can get my money back.

          I have ordered mobile on 13th September . From www.mi-store.in and payment gateway is razorpay . After that I have generated ticket to razor pay. And razor pay support team promised me that their website is authentic but that's not.

          Than after I have many more times I have generated ticket to razor pay and call many times but razorpay doesn't responding me atleast once.

            I booked an irctc ticket through google pay on 17/09/2019 (Transaction id[protected]. The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. Yet, the transaction is shown as successful in google pay app while irctc shows that it is a failed transaction. I have attached pictures from google pay app and irctc rail connect that vindicate my complaint.
            Kindly rectify the error at the latest and refund my money back to me.

              Dear team,
              Yesterday i booked a hotel of rs2242 via razorpay gateway through happy easy go app, my money was deducted but hotel not booked and i complained on dtd15.09.2019 for razorpay app about this then i received a call dtd.15.09.2019 from razorpay executive and he knows about my complaint and he asked my debit card details for refund his name is deepak kumar and that call was fraud call because he asked for otp, razorpay app is not secure app for any booking transactions and your employees are doing fraud calls.
              I want my money back in any how otherwise i'll complaint in ombudsman service.

                      Hi, we book a ticket grom gotoandaman.com at 14th August 2019 and the Ferry name is -Sealink.
                      They said us that:
                      "If tickets are available with the ferry operators, you will receive confirmed tickets & balance amount payment link in your mail box within 3-5 working hours. Our Ferry Booking Team works from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm IST
                      If tickets are not available as per your preference our Ferry Booking team will get in touch with you in 3-5 working hours to get you alternate time or ferry operator tickets. "

                      After that our ticket was not confirmed and they called us that ur refund will be given to u within 3-5 working days.
                      Now after so many complain we still not get our money back.
                      The amount is rs-400.
                      All proofs are in the attachment.

                          I haven't received my refund yet and it's been a more than a month. I had sent money of rs3423 to thrilophilla team [protected]@[protected]@hdfcbank. I did the upi transaction through phonepe upi from my sbi bank account, it went to your razorpay hdfc bank.

                          After the cancellation from thrilophila team, thrillophilla and razorpay team had initiated their refund request's on 26th july and 3rd august respectively.

                          Now, the money from your hdfc bank of razorpay should either come to my account of sbi bank or my phonepe upi account.

                          You had asked me to raise a chargeback with sbi. But sbi didn't report any transaction related to the arn no given to me by you. But chargeback team told me that an arn is used in finding the credit card dispute transactions.

                          It is not for the debit card/upi transaction. Moreover, they didn't find any pending transaction. The money has gone to your bank again after the transaction failed and i didn't receive the amount.

                          Can you tell me why razorpay didn't check with their respective hdfc bank, check with your bank and let me know where my money has gone? You can use the arn that has been provided to me. It is not my responsibility to go and check with all the team's regularly and you are just beating me around the bush from more than a month. It is your responsibility that the customer should get their refund at any cost. If razorpay had initiated the request, why it didn't come to my sbi bank. I'm following up with you guys from more than a month and didn't get anything.
                          Please check and send my money. Otherwise im raising a legal case in comsumer court today. I have sent the mail to you both thrillophilla and razorpay teams on thursday.

                            Please find the attachment below of the payment details. I made payment using sbi netbanking my transaction id is[protected]gagxljdq5 payment date was 2 sep 2019. They said that money was going to be refunded within 5 to 7 dayes but i contacted my bank they said there is no refund process going on for this transaction. Please look into this matter beacuse i need to pay rent it's 9 sep already.
