Hi, we book a ticket grom gotoandaman.com at 14th August 2019 and the Ferry name is -Sealink.
They said us that:
"If tickets are available with the ferry operators, you will receive confirmed tickets & balance amount payment link in your mail box within 3-5 working hours. Our Ferry Booking Team works from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm IST

unauthorised transaction happened from my personal account

Hi,

Amount has been deducted from my personal account on 3 sep and have not shared any OTP with anyone nor have made any transaction . And i have done police complaint and raised a complaint in bank as well.

Need help in this as this transaction happened without my consent. I tried reaching you guys in every way but no response from your end.

I haven't received my refund yet and it's been a more than a month. I had sent money of rs3423 to thrilophilla team [protected]@[protected]@hdfcbank. I did the upi transaction through phonepe upi from my sbi bank account, it went to your razorpay hdfc bank.

i have made payment using razor pay gateway to nestaway and money got deducted but payment was cancelled. and i didn't receive my refund till now

Please find the attachment below of the payment details. I made payment using sbi netbanking my transaction id is[protected]gagxljdq5 payment date was 2 sep 2019. They said that money was going to be refunded within 5 to 7 dayes but i contacted my bank they said there is no refund process going on for this transaction. Please look into this matter beacuse i need to pay rent it's 9 sep already....

every month 5000 amount is getting debited by my account through razorpay

I have made electricity bill through Razor pay for a couple of times. 17 Jan 2019 was the last transaction made. But I see that the amount 5000Rs is getting deducted every month from May 2019.

money is debited from my account but ticket is not issued

I have ticket using GooglePay. The money Rs 2622.78 including internet charges got debited from account. But the railways site it pending from the bank side. I called HDFC bank to confirm on this issue they said, it is a successful transaction from their end.

This not the first time i am going through this issue from RayzorPay. Please settle the amount or get me a confirmed tickets....

while booking on irctc, money got debited from my account but it still says pending from the bank end on irctc

On 26th aug, whilst booking a ticket on irctc, the amount (₹530.49) has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket. Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket.
Kindly check and revert at the earliest. And it shows pending from the bank end on irctc.

Hi, today i was booking my ticket from irctc app and paid amount through razorpay payment option. Total sum of amount (710.49) is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.
