I haven't received my refund yet and it's been a more than a month. I had sent money of rs3423 to thrilophilla team [protected]@[protected]@hdfcbank. I did the upi transaction through phonepe upi from my sbi bank account, it went to your razorpay hdfc bank.
After the cancellation from thrilophila team, thrillophilla and razorpay team had initiated their refund request's on 26th july and 3rd august respectively.
Now, the money from your hdfc bank of razorpay should either come to my account of sbi bank or my phonepe upi account.
You had asked me to raise a chargeback with sbi. But sbi didn't report any transaction related to the arn no given to me by you. But chargeback team told me that an arn is used in finding the credit card dispute transactions.
It is not for the debit card/upi transaction. Moreover, they didn't find any pending transaction. The money has gone to your bank again after the transaction failed and i didn't receive the amount.
Can you tell me why razorpay didn't check with their respective hdfc bank, check with your bank and let me know where my money has gone? You can use the arn that has been provided to me. It is not my responsibility to go and check with all the team's regularly and you are just beating me around the bush from more than a month. It is your responsibility that the customer should get their refund at any cost. If razorpay had initiated the request, why it didn't come to my sbi bank. I'm following up with you guys from more than a month and didn't get anything.
Please check and send my money. Otherwise im raising a legal case in comsumer court today. I have sent the mail to you both thrillophilla and razorpay teams on thursday.
