Ref.: Razor Pay, ticket reference #2768046, #3984628.
I am PRABHAKARAN N from Chennai. I have been cheated by fraud on 01.07.2021 from my SBI credit card and the amount of Rs. 31, 000.00 was debited under the Razorpay merchant transaction. It was notified to Cyber Crime and filed a complaint in the police station. The cybercrime communicated the Razorpay via email but so far, no requested details given by Razorpay. The problem registered in Razorpay with ticket ref #3984628 for this also no response obtained.
The same fraudster cheated me with another transaction of Rs.4553.00 under magicbricks. Upon investigation, the Rs 4553.00 was credited to the fraudster account via Razorpay.
The fraudsters seem to be professional they should pay for it, else they keep doing it. Razorpay should not allow such a fraudster to use its platform for illegal activities. We deeply request you to share the beneficiary details with the Cyber Crime team as mentioned in #3984628.
All the necessary details containing documents supporting the above issue are attached. Please find the attachments and please do the need full.
