[Resolved]  Razorpay — Fraudulent sales transaction-thestylefly-through Razorpay

On 17.01.2021, I purchased five shirts from an online vendor (thestylefly) from its Facebook page, paying Rs.995.00 using my credit card. The payment was made through Razorpay and I received a mail acknowledging payment from Razorpay (Payment Id -pay_GQELLAYOnJbhO4 dated 17.01.2021, attached). I am yet to to receive the products after more than a month and neither have any mail or messages from them. Worse still I am unable to trace the company online. The mail from Razorpay vaguely directs to contact "Jewelry Mart" for order related queries without providing any valid link. A search for Jewelry Mart does not lead any such valid vendors. It is clear that it is a bogus company which uses Razorpay portal to cheat customers.
I request that steps may be taken to get me my products or refund the amount paid by me within reasonable time. Thank you.

Sir, I have another urgent concern.
Yesterday by 9.42 PM I had a call ([protected], True Caller identified it simply as Customer Service) and a man spoke in accented English, explaining that he was calling from Razorpay to settle the dispute. He even told me my payment ID with Razorpay and stated that he is initiating refund to me immediately and as Razorpay cannot refund to my credit card, wanted to pay to my Google pay account. He said he had forwarded a message (see figure) to me and I should send it to a number ([protected]) that he dictated. I did it immediately without even thinking. Then he wanted me to open my calculator app, write the last four digits of my Union Bank of India (UBI) account number, add my UPI pin to it and send him the final total. As I felt something was amiss, I asked him why a repayment can’t be simply done to the same credit card and why I should provide my UPI PIN. He kept insisting that it was alright and urged me to give the details repeatedly. I refused and hung up. I saw that my account had been linked to DakPay and had I sent my UPI would have suffered loss.
Clearly, the complaint filed by ne has been hacked and the culprits were trying to use that. I would like to know from you if it there is a breach in your side though which details are sent to criminals. Thank you
