Sir, Under the instruction from my said client Mr. Shaik Sujath Hussain, I Sabiha Sultana, Advocate, do hereby state to you that then Aditi Das, Advocate had sent you one application dated 27/07/2021 with following averments:- 1. That my said client had purchased shared BK plan and invested his money in that according to Shared BK agreement. 2. That from the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK. 3. That the less period is 90 days, the daily profit is Rs.1850/- and the total profit is Rs-1, 66, 500/- against the transaction id[protected] and didn't provide my said client services perfectly as it promised to my said client, runaway with my said client’s money. 4. That my said client had invested his money in shared BK because it connected to trusted gateway razor pay, so you are hereby directed to refund my said client’s amount in my client’s account. 5. The account details of my said client’s account is referred below;- 6. Name: Razor pay Investment Date : 28/December /2020 Cheating Date :25/01/202 1 Email ID : [protected]@icici Transaction Id :[protected]GPAY). 7. That when my said client had informed you the same on several occasions he had been assured by your concern however had not received any positive response from your end. 8. That my said client had tried to communicate with you on several occasions had not received any constructive response from your end. 9. That the present complaint is being filed within the period prescribed u/sec 24 Aof the Act. 10. That regarding this my said client had talked to your representative, however had not received any resolution for the same. 11. That my client had informed you the same several times but you are trying to avoid your fault as well as tried to bypass your liabilities. 12. That my client raised requests multiple times but you did not pay any heed to my client’s request. 13. That when the client tried to contact your concern regarding the said issue no proper help or support was provided to the client. 14. That you further prolonged the mental suffering of the client by refusing to take responsibility of the said product and trying to avoid your obligations. 15. .That the irresponsible behavior along with the deficiency in service from your side has caused a mental harassment of the client. 16. That the client was promised a service from you end for which he had made the said payments and you failed to provide the same and made false promises of resolving the issue of the client time and again but have not in actuality made any redressal of the client’s plight. 17. That you are hereby directed to refund the same amount to my said client. Thus in order to resolve the difficulties of my client, you were directed to duly look into this matter with foremost importance to provide the proper and facilitated time towards my client in respect of proper refund of the amount Rs- 15000/-paid by my client at the earliest and a compensation of Rs. 1000/-, along with a proper apology for the act and conduct for which my client has suffered noetic agony by duping the hard-earned money of my client including the legal recourse fees as well.
