[Resolved] Razorpay — i have made payment using razor pay gateway to nestaway and money got deducted but payment was cancelled. and i didn't receive my refund till now | |
Please find the attachment below of the payment details. I made payment using sbi netbanking my transaction id is[protected]gagxljdq5 payment date was 2 sep 2019. They said that money was going to be refunded within 5 to 7 dayes but i contacted my bank they said there is no refund process going on for this transaction. Please look into this matter beacuse i need to pay rent it's 9 sep already.
