[Resolved]  Razorpay — i have made payment using razor pay gateway to nestaway and money got deducted but payment was cancelled. and i didn't receive my refund till now

Please find the attachment below of the payment details. I made payment using sbi netbanking my transaction id is[protected]gagxljdq5 payment date was 2 sep 2019. They said that money was going to be refunded within 5 to 7 dayes but i contacted my bank they said there is no refund process going on for this transaction. Please look into this matter beacuse i need to pay rent it's 9 sep already.

I shared my transaction id with it, i don't have razor pay id. please i have to pay rent beacuse of worst service of razorpay and bad gatway design customer is suffering .
How the ### i suppose to have razor pay id.

i did't get the confirmation email and your ### complain page asking for razor pay id . You guys not test your product before launching . and guess what there is faq section for that kinda problem where customer did't recive confirmation email.

I have done a Upi payment of Rs. 12204 on[protected] by using cred application but amount debited from my account and transcation was successful, however beneficiary(Nestaway) didn't received money.Please assist on getting my money back or tracking where the payment got stuck.
