[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc connect app payment failed

I tried to book a train ticket using irctc mobile app and select payment via upi and paid through google tez. But the irctc app not showing that payment received. And ticket is not booked. Ticket amount rs.495.
Irctc transaction id : [protected]
Google transaction id : cicagkc8hdvfbg
Upi transaction id :[protected]
Please help me... Refund the money as soon as possible...

IRCTC Failed Transaction ID - [protected] an amount of ₹ 2521.80 was deducted from my savings account of request of Razorpay with failed transaction. It has been 14 days now but there has been no refund. Transaction ID[protected]. The bank confirms that Razorpay is responsible for the refund. Refund the money ASAP.
