[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc payment using razorpay failed, money deducted but refund not received

Hi razorpay,

My irctc payment using IRCTC Rail Connect app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 23/12/19, amount of Rs 412.70 got debited from bank but not received refund till today & its more than 10 working days. Below attached are evidence for same.

First I had raised complaint on their razorpay website but there was no proper response, then I had put this complain in Consumer Complaint forum and their they gave me proper response by mailing (their mail id: [email protected]) and generating ticket and told me to wait for 10 working days (which excludes saturday and sunday and holidays) and mentioned the last possible date of refund.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I just purchased a product worth 799 from an website called vajica.com, where i made my payment using my debit card and then my money got deducted directly from my card via razor pay but after i made my payment the website got crashed and my order didn't even got confirmed. Also i Heard that it happened to many and some of them even got their money back. Now i want to know to get the refund of my money.
