[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc refund

It's been more than a week and no refund has been initiated by razorpay for transaction failure where my account has been debited but no ticket issued against the same amount. Earlier refund used to be credited in my account on the very next day or a day later but this time i'm clueless about your service.

*my mode of transaction was through upi*

Hi.. i tried to book rail tkt by irctc app but my tkt is not done and money is debited form upi on 04june2018

Plzz sir resolve this issue its urgent ...
Plzz refund money as soon as possible.

We checked the transaction with the UPI refernce number 815320570606 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days. Hey I am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my airtel payment bank account
