Hi, Booked ticket through irctc using razorpay on dt 3.3.18. Cancelled on 10.4.18. Refund genarated on 11.4.18. But refund not credited in account till date (As shown in sbi bank statement) All supporting documents enclosed ie. Transaction ids forwarded from irctc, booking ticket details, cancellation ticket details, bank statement, statement of ministry of railways via twitter Thank you, Shreedutt +14 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support May 08, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Shreedutt, We have updated you in regards to the refund of this transaction over the mail with the reference number 189187. I booked my ticket for tatkal.., it goes into tatkal waiting list n after that it got cancelled on 24th of april, when i get my refund to my bank ??? my transaction id is [protected]
