[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc ticket booking not confirmed

I tried to book a tatkaal ticket in irctc app with payment mode from google pay. The amount has been deducted from my account but i haven't received any transaction detail in irctc app or any ticket receipt. It was tatkaal ticket so the window was of about 10 minutes or so. My first transaction expired and second transaction deducted. May i know what problem occurred? And will my money be refunded?

I tried to book tickets via irctc on june 19, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account

We checked our logs for IRCTC transaction id 100001898175498 and confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on 24th Jun, 2019. You will receive the refund credit in your account within 7-10 working days. You can track the status of the refund here:
