[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc ticket has not booked but money deducted from my bank. | |||||
Sir, I have booked irctc ticket from pune jn to cuddapah(hx) on 16 th and I have used razor pay gateway.ihave paid money through phone pe app. I have complained them about issue and they said that transaction is successful to razarpay and problem is from razor pay. In the past also i have the same issue with this razor pay gateway. So ikindly request u to refund my money of 440 rupees. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We checked the payment id: pay_BABsKXBAgGenbK and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the refund credit in 10 working days.
