Razorpay — KYC Related Issues

I Am Able To Complete My KYC Details In Razorpay Payment App But Razorpay Basic Details KYC Page Didn't Load And In Mobile Application It Is Didn't Work So How Can I Complet My KYC Details And My Account Is In Trial Mode And It Is Didn't Go Live When I Complet My KYC. So Please Check It Out And Solve The Problem.
