Subject: Complaint against RazorPay for Non-Refund of Amount - Transaction No: ARN[protected]

Respected Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a refund that is pending from RazorPay, in relation to a transaction with Ease My Trip. I have diligently tried to resolve this issue through communication with both Ease My Trip and ICICI Bank but Ease My Trip says they already initiated refund and Icici bank have not received any refund yet, so it's pending with Payment Gateway which is RazorPay

Details of the complaint are as follows:

Transaction Details ( Flight Booking ):

Amount: 52534 INR
Booking for: 9 Pax
Transaction Date: [Transaction Date]

Cancellation Details:
Cancellation for: 2 Pax
Refund Amount: 10072 INR
Transaction No Given by EMT support: ARN[protected]

Steps Taken:
- Raised refund request with Ease My Trip and got a screenshot of refund they have generated.
- Created service request SR[protected] with ICICI customer care where they confirmed they have not received any refund..

Issue:
The refund of 10072 INR, initiated by Ease My Trip, has not been reflected in my account/credit card statement even after more than 3 Months and been stuck with RazorPay

    Razorpay has not been completing my request for online payment link .This has been been going on for many days .LAst Sunday Dipanshu called me and said to upload Aadhar card again and it will be sorted out.No one has the courtesy to call .The number which was given has not been responded by any though there is an automatic message saying sone one will call

    If some one doesnt call me now, i am going to escalate to the very top .I
    am a reasonable man but if this irresponsible behavior continues from Razorpay, i will fight it for my loss of business legally

      I have meticulously provided all the necessary and accurate information required for the activation of my account. However, despite this, I regret to inform you that my account is still under review for the payment gateway activation, causing hindrances in the operational aspects of my business.

            Account Blockage and Customer Service Inaccessibility Due to OTP Error and Two-Factor Authentication

            Address: Ground & 1st Floor, SJR Cyber, Laskar Hosur Road Bengaluru Bangalore District Karnataka India 560030

            On March 14, I encountered an issue while logging into my account. The two-factor verification required an OTP, and although I entered the correct code, it was deemed incorrect. Consequently, my account got blocked.

            Unfortunately, there are no available recovery options such as backup codes, and there is a lack of customer support to address this matter.

            Assist me in the recovery of my account, please....

            Not done any transaction but receiving alerts on mail

            I have been recently receiving mails from razorpay on Ka-Ching! Payment Received from DIGIMESH TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. Or

            Thess txns are not done by me or associated to my bank account pls check and stop the same on priority...

            Sir,
            Yes sir, Actually I received call on 28th September from cred app regarding cred mint promotions.

            After convincing regarding Cred mint transactions. I invested Rs. 10000 in Cred mint on 15th November through my cred app and paid by Google pay UPI as u can check my transaction details too . I received a notification like it will take 2-3 working days to earn my interest on cred mint investment. But still after long follow up with Cred company is denying the transaction and asked me to lodge a request for chargeback. However i lodged complaint in central bank too and they replied that transaction has been successfully done and I have sent that details too to Cred company but they are not able to trace my paymemnt transaction. I have attached the details too that i received from bank through my email.

            I am sharing my bank statement pdf image for your reference too. U can check my bank transaction of Rs. 10000 on 15th November . Further all the communication between me and cred company has also been attached which was made through email. Kindly look into it and raise my request for chargeback.

            Please trace it and do the needful. I shall be highly grateful to you..

              Why I have received this message which I have not supposed to received is it fake please take necessary action otherwise I will lodge a police complaint.

                  Hi,

                  I have done a transaction on gamnation through razorpay on 5th October 2023 and the refund has been processed on 6th october 2023, Till now the refund has noot been credited to my credit card. The total amount is 23499 after cancellation 22794.03 is to be credited, but till now its not showing credit. Please refund the money. i have attached the screenshot for refund id and reference number.

                    During the process of ticket booking, the payment request was made by the IRCTC on my Google pay account.My money got debited but, the ticket is not booked and the transaction is not mentioned in the IRCTC account also as a failed transaction or a successful transaction.

                        I understand that you are currently not onboarding new merchants, but I am writing to request an exception for my business, Inferno Apparel.

                        I have created a Shopify website for my business, but I have not launched it yet because I want to add online payment functionality first. I am using Razorpay as my payment gateway, and I am eager to start accepting online payments so that I can reach more customers and increase my sales.

                        Currently, I am only selling my products through my Instagram store, where I accept payments in cash on delivery (COD). This is a limiting factor, as many customers prefer to pay online. I believe that by enabling online payments on my website, I will be able to attract more customers and grow my business.

                        I have already completed all of the KYC requirements, and I am ready to provide you with the URL of my Shopify website once I have launched it and purchased a domain name.

                        I understand that you are currently focused on onboarding new merchants with live and functional websites, but I believe that Inferno Apparel is a good fit for Razorpay even though I do not have a domain name yet.                           I have never got touched with your company for any loans but your company has signed online NACH for auto debit from my account as I was not taken any loan from your company how you guys tried to pull money from my account from may22 till aug22 and the value of 8000 to 10000 that too have tried to auto debit for 7 time on that months and now ICICI has changed 4500rs changes for bounce and you guys are doing fraud activities and trying to cheat me and now I am paying fine to bank I need an clear response form you company and return back my money why ICICI is deducted because of you guys and ICICI have even confirmed that this deductions are done because of your company!

                            Account not activated even after 10 days of creation.

                            I have created my razor pay account and completed my kyc details but even after 10 days, My account is not activated yet and only showing that your kyc is complete and nothing left from your end. I tried to raise a ticket also on thier portal but again it shows nothing left from your end.
                            Due to this, I am facing lot of losses in my business as My account is not activated by Razor pay....
