Razorpay — Missing of fastag delivery

I ordered fastag on 12/12/2020 in online by paying rupees 1500/-. But the fastag is not delivered until now for the registered address. So please deliver the fastag as soon as possible and send the delivery status to the email id: [protected]@gmail.com
