[Resolved] Razorpay — money debited but not paid to merchant | |
Upi transaction id[protected] Paid via google pay to razor pay to tamilnadu medical council on 20/01/2020 Payment was successful but razor pay showed error payment and money debited from bank account to razor pay. Tried contacting razorpay but never got replied I have spoken with google pay and they say that transaction is successful from their side. Got info from upi that transaction was successful But razor pay did not refund me the amount Was this information helpful? | |
Feb 8, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved It took nearly 12 days after which my money got credited from razor pay Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
