I complaint that some one take payment from me through rozapay payment gateway however they did the same in fradulent .

Payment was done to SMC services Madhubani on 25th and 30th January.
From my SBI and RBL bank account.

Now they people not responding my call and SMC services also not helping me to give any time.kindly help to provide merchant details

I tried to book tickets via irctc on 19 February 2020via via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.will I get my refund? And within how many days

    I had booked an irctc ticket of amount 1510.09 booking transaction id [protected] on 30- jan-20. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket. Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket or not as i'm unable to book another without confirmation of the same.

      I was making a payment through nykaa of rs782 but the amount has been deducted but the order didn't get placed ..the OTP generated was through razorpay sft Pvt Ltd.. initiate my refund as soon as possible. This has happened to me for the first time..dissapountef

          money debited but not paid to merchant

          Upi transaction id[protected]
          Paid via google pay to razor pay to tamilnadu medical council on 20/01/2020
          Payment was successful but razor pay showed error payment and money debited from bank account to razor pay.
          Tried contacting razorpay but never got replied
          I have spoken with google pay and they say that transaction is successful from their side.
          Got info from upi that transaction was successful...

          I am awaiting two refunds of 305 inr listed below:

          Both refunds are dated jan 7, 2020 however both refunds have subsequently been delayed. I have raised several tickets (Complaints) but either had no response or a generic response saying you are looking into it.

          This has been almost 15 business days and all you help sections state refunds are paid in 5-10 business days.

              Still, you are not able to resolve my issue its almost 1 month. If this your service then sorry but you don't have a good service a customer is a westing our time to raise the multiple requests but you guys are never taking it seriously.
              You said to me that your refund will definitely be done on Wednesday but its Friday today and nothing is happening.
              You have to take care of you customers if your not able to provide the satisfaction of the customer then what is your purpose.

                I placed an order and paid via razorpay. Only prepaid orders were available, and very long delivery period for all orders were available! I ordered garments for total of rs. 554! No delivery! The payment was made to a merchant name lady clothe.

                      It was loan related transctions which has to be resolve on urgent basis, as razorpay's customer care is working for monday to friday only, i did this transction on friday 10/01/2020

                        Razorpay- payment issue while shopping on banggood.com

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I have ordered a product from banggood.com on 06 Jan 2020 of Rs.1637. 01 using UPI through phonepe to ([protected]@mairtel) and Payment gateway was razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from bank.

                        But the payment was not processed till now. It says "payment pending" in order status.

                        I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirmed that payment had not...

                        No confirmation recieved from armaf.co.in .

                            My irctc payment using IRCTC Rail Connect app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 23/12/19, amount of Rs 412.70 got debited from bank but not received refund till today & its more than 10 working days. Below attached are evidence for same.

                            First I had raised complaint on their razorpay website but there was no proper response, then I had put this complain in Consumer Complaint forum and their they gave me proper response by mailing (their mail id: [email protected]) and generating ticket and told me to wait for 10 working days (which excludes saturday and sunday and holidays) and mentioned the last possible date of refund.

                            I just purchased a product worth 799 from an website called vajica.com, where i made my payment using my debit card and then my money got deducted directly from my card via razor pay but after i made my payment the website got crashed and my order didn't even got confirmed. Also i Heard that it happened to many and some of them even got their money back. Now i want to know to get the refund of my money.

                              Last year available a website timesnaukri.com are doing fraud for job consultancy and then closed her website.
                              Now their so called representative is called from no. [protected] and they said agreed for refund of 30000.00 inr and sending me a link from the mail [protected]@gmail.com for payment, then i realized again to they doing fraud so i transferred my amont to another bank they proceed the link and transection got failed.
                              So please do needful action because your name as using for doing fraud.

Please help, i am going to loose 16, 000 amount, its not at all small amount for me. They are not taking any action, simply they will send an email that we are looking your issue in higher priority and get back to you soon. But they will never come back, never do anything.

                                Its been almost 3 months, More than 20 follow up emails i have sent, only reply i will get you from people is this "We are constantly in touch with our banking partners regarding the transaction, please allow some time here as this is dependent on the partnered banks and the exact ETA is not shared for the same from their end. However we are continuously following up on this case, kindly expect a revert the moment we get an update from the banks."

                                aren't you shame ? Why are you people eating poor people money? Very worst Razorpay. thuuuuuu...

                                what the hell? just tell me whether you guys will refund my money or not? this is too much disgusting... i will not leave you Razorpay... I already filed complaints against police.. Police people told me to wait till January end since it's online transactions it may take time, but you guys are not bothered only, every time same reply we are checking with bank and no reply after that... let Police only take the action on you guys...let me meet Adugodi Corporator Manjula mam and i will tell how my 16, 000 money has gone and how much Razorpay is playing and irresponsible with me...Definitely she will do something i am sure, , , , being alone in Bangalore that money is more importnat for me, i am not going to leave this Razorpay.

They said they are calling from SBI Cards and all my debit card details were available with them. They said it's a confirmation call and rechecked all the details of the card. When the call got disconnected there was a sms of debit confirmation received on my mobile.
