        Attn : Mr. Shaikh Mohammed Aftab,
        Shocked at arbitrary threat [ soft extortion] by razor pay for a transaction happened in jan 2020, service offered & ended in jan 2020, without a logical reason known from the payee you initiate a threat to debit our razor pay account.
        No logic or reasoning is applied here, we have given this person who has not come thru a not known source but random who did not have cash available & asked if a payment can be made by credit card, which we offered as courtesy & humanity, how do you accept a claim, decide, on your own & pass a judgment to threaten me that you will debit my account.
        Suppose If I am running a retail store a person pays me by card coz he does not have cash & after 2 months says he did not receive any goods or service is this logical ????
        How can razor pay entertain a claim from the payment company after 2 months of the transaction has razor pay validated it & how ? where is the official mail of the person & his payment bank claiming the same???
        I say I have given a car for this person for one week to travel in the state of Gujarat when he was in India, wherein he himself has sent me a acknowledged copy of payment link I sent to him when I created the payment link on razor pay that it was meant for car service from palitana to surat [ copy of his message to me that he has made payment for this service is attached in this mail, it is very clear that he made a payment for a service which he has utilized coz he is not a known source or customer whom I will give service without payment nor he who would just make a payment to my co if he 1. Does not know me 2. Unless this is a fraudulent transaction, the very fact he has made a payment to a link created on razor pay is proof enough that he is making payment for a service required by him & rendered by us.
        Here are screen shots of the correspondence between that person & us,
        1. we sent him a link for making a payment,
        2. he makes the payment & sends us copy that payment is made.
        This closes the matter once & for all & any debit to my account in this matter will be dealt with severely with all legal channels & options as well as social media publicity how Razorpay works arbitrarily & is harassing me without even listening to me, I also demand official mail received by you from the bank, card company & the person who is making this claim so that I can file a defamatory case in the USA for false allegations along with you for accepting the claim 7 without knowing my side threating me to debit my account.

        in spite of mail a provided by user Mr daftary who is a USA citizen, razaor pay has been writing again & again & again asking for paper proof from me, whereas they have not provided any email from the customer or his card co in USA JP Morgan Chase that the customer has any charge back filed with his card co towards the service he availed when he was in India in jan 2020, here is copy of his mail sent to me & to razor pay Hi Team, We have received Pre-Arbitration Chargeback(s) (2nd level escalation) for the payment(s) mentioned above. The payment(s) have been disputed by cardholder(s) for the second time under the same chargeback reason. You may contact the cardholder to resolve this issue. In case the cardholder confirms that the issue has been resolved, please request an email confirmation which can be represented to defend this case. The email confirmation from the cardholder would be the best resolution to these cases. Alternatively, you could share any other proof apart from the ones shared before which clearly show that the services have been provided to the cardholder. We request you to update us within the deadline. Note: If the documents are rejected in Pre-Arbitration as well and Arbitration Chargeback is received, the complete liability of the payment/transaction and Arbitration fee that may be imposed by the card networks (Visa/Mastercard) will be passed on to you and an immediate debit will be made to your account.         further to our telecon y day we have been able to find screen shots of the car duty slip & toll tax receipt of the car he had been provided during his stay in India. the dates & total kms used by him is acknowledged in the duty slip signed by him.
        his claim is false & he is lying that he canceled the booking & without jurisdiction you have passed a judgement that he has cancelled or not availed the services.
        i am attaching the copy of the toll tax paid by the car which is mentioned in the duty slip signed by him.
        i think i have given enough proof that he has availed of the car service & is lying that he did not avail services from my side the case is closed, any further attempt by you to recover charges from me will be surely be escalated to cyber crime fraud departments, RBI cyber cell & concerned forums

        As per your trail mail below asking for email from customer although we have submitted enough proof in previous replies to you showing that customer had avail of services & not cancelled them, Enclosed is reply from card user, customer that he has used the services & he has no claim over the chargeback.
        Any further mischief from razor pay I will surely use legal options, RBI, Cyber Crime cell that you are creating a chargeback with your own whims & fancies, coz you are only facilitator who received the payment, you have no authority to arbitrate in this matter, as we never received any communication from card holder or his credit card co, you have been sending us threatening mails that you will debit our account if not replied within 2 days & so on….
        Matter closed once and for all.

            transaction details I can see on my SBI transaction history, in which one of with Id[protected] of amount RS 999 was successful and I got payment confirmation mail from Razorpay which I have attached screenshot of it as proof of email id [protected]@gmail.com used for all three transactions.

            But other two transactions occured in which RS 999 was detected twice. Below is transaction details of both .

              I want to report a fraud, which happened with me on friday afternoon on 10/01/2020.
              I received a call from a number +91 [protected].
              And after that four transactions were done on my credit card to razorpay sotw which were of
              Rs. 19, 853.69
              Rs. 19, 853.69
              Rs. 17, 604.18
              Rs. 19, 853.69

              These transactions are not made by me.
              I have complained about this fraud transactions in my icici bank.
              I have also lodged a fir in police station
              Against this person with above phone number. This is an unauthorized transaction.
              After investigation done by cyber crime police, they found out that the above amount was transferred to cashbeans loan application via razorpay.
              These four months of delay happened because cyber crime police investigation took time to find out the source of fraud.
              This amount has been transferred to someones account and the documents they showed are loan approval by cashbeans.
              I want my money back.

                I had made a transaction on 1 March 2020 on Banggood. The money was deducted from my account but didn't reach the Banggood, the payment gateway I chose was Razorpay. Now I am following up with Banggood and they are denying for any payment as they have not received it. There is no way you can contact Razorpay team. Customer line doesn't work.

                It's a fraud company cheating people. Never choose this as a payment gateway.

                    I made a payment on 7th january 2020 of rs 6500 to delhi football and razorpay was accepting money on the behalf of the delbi football. I made payment through paytm upi. My payment was failed and my money got deducted. I mailed razorpay they told me they are working on it. But its been more than 2 months i have not received my refund.                         I am contacting razorpay customer care number since 11th march and 1000 times i had tried it shows only they are busy attending the customer.                                   Train ticket was booked on 12th nov 2019 through irctc website. The booking were failed during payment but the amount was debited from my account. The details are mentioned below.

                                  I request you to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

                                    I had booked an irctc ticket for an amount of inr 252.29 upi transaction id[protected] on 28/feb/2020. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket and its showing as transaction failed, with failure reason as no response from bank.

                                    Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket.

                                    Kindly check and revert at the earliest.

                                      Razorpay is made for harassment to people. They send every day message alert for paying money to people. This alert might be free so company demanded money send alert for demanding money many times till customer get harass and paid the money anyhow.
                                      After complaining to razorpay, they not give satisfied answer and allow finance company to harass their customer by sending frequent sms alert for demanding money.

                                        I have made online registration for fastag based on details via appltfastag.com [protected]@fastag.com which led to payment gateway of razorpay link. My account is debited for 1990/- on 16 feb2020 . But No response received on my complaint on fastag charges and issuance process and request for refund as per attached files. Can u take action on concerned and help refund my money from them.
