I was paying rent for nestaway through EMI option from early salary app, EMI was dedecte 16, 000. but payment was not successful. Refund has initiated from Razorpay, but till now i have not recieved the amount. i have raised many queries against them, but no response from razorpay till now i have not recived the amount.. simply paying amount of 16, 000 as EMI for Early Salaryfrom December month. Pleas do the needful. Ticket number i have raised in Razorpay are : #1415779

Please help, i am going to loose 16, 000 amount, its not at all small amount for me. They are not taking any action, simply they will send an email that we are looking your issue in higher priority and get back to you soon. But they will never come back, never do anything.

Its been almost 3 months, More than 20 follow up emails i have sent, only reply i will get you from people is this "We are constantly in touch with our banking partners regarding the transaction, please allow some time here as this is dependent on the partnered banks and the exact ETA is not shared for the same from their end. However we are continuously following up on this case, kindly expect a revert the moment we get an update from the banks."

I already filed complaints against police.. Police people told me to wait till January end since it's online transactions it may take time, but you guys are not bothered only, every time same reply we are checking with bank and no reply after that... let Police only take the action on you guys...let me meet Adugodi Corporator Manjula mam and i will tell how my 16, 000 money has gone and how much Razorpay is playing and irresponsible with me...Definitely she will do something i am sure, , , , being alone in Bangalore that money is more importnat for me, i am not going to leave this Razorpay.
