[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted but irctc says pending from bank end

Hi,

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 390.98 but irctc website showing payment status is pending from bank end and failure reason is no response from bank. The message received from my bank as below:

Dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 390.98 on date[protected]:46:23 pm by upi ref no[protected]. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com

Kindly refund the money to bank as at the bank end, it is showing that the money has been deducted. Relevant documents attached.

Today evening I did online transaction of RS . 4218.00 but due to network problem payment failed but money deducted from my account .Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and reverse my money of INR. 4218.00. Please check the process and do the needful . thanking you in advance .
