I have booked a ticket from IRCTC mobile app on 22 Dec 2018 and a amount of Rs. 770 was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank.

I have cancelled the ticket on 22 Dec'18 but till date i have not received the amount in my account. According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 650 has been refunded to razorpay on 23 Dec 2018.

I have cancelled another ticket on the 24 Dec 2018 but till date i have not received the amount in my account.According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 650 has been refunded to razorpay on 25 Dec 2018.

I request you please look into this matter and refund the money ASAP. I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and irctc refund status with this email for your reference.

    I tried booking tickets through the irctc app and made the payment twice. But the transaction failed both the times and money was debited one time and i have still not received the refund. Please refund the debited amount soon. Please help me with this and let me get my refund back soon as i have to book ticket for a journey. Bad experience with irctc everytime

        Booked railway ticket through irctc app. Amount - 590.00. Used razorpay bhim upi to pay. Money got debited but ticket status shows pending from bank.

          Booked ticket on irctc amount debited inr 470.49 on 23/12/2018 with transaction id[protected] through g-pay and inr 595.49 on 24/12/2018 with transaction id[protected] through bhim but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below:

          On 23/12/2018
          Rs 470.49 debited from a/c *2002 to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[[protected]].

          And again
          On 24/12/2018
          Rs 595.49 debited from a/c *2002 to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[[protected]].

          I checked the status of the refund,
          it's showing that the transactions with UPI reference number [protected]pay_Bb6LwjJ8ZDBd3y) has processed my refund and will get tentative by 6 Jan.

          but in the transaction with UPI reference number [protected]pay_BbUxUramca5IGu) refund has not been initiated for this payment. For which I'm attaching the screenshot of that.
          Therefore, I want to know when will you process the 2nd transaction.

          I had cancelled two tickets from IRCTC on the 17th of December for travel between Bhubaneswar and Bangalore Cantt.

          I had made the payment using razorpay upi, the current status it is showing that the money has been refunded but I have not yet received the refund for the same.

          If needed I can share the transaction ids for the same.

                      I booked spicejet flight from my iob debit card, a total of rs 45085 was debited but ticket was not booked. Kindly look for the transaction details below.

                      Please look into it as we frequently face this problem with razorpay.. Many times when i booked through irctc site for trains, money has debited but ticket were never booked. This has been the case even when i booked for hotels. Mostly money gets credited within a week but the reputation of your name is spoiled. Kindly take adequate measures to stop this.

                          Irctc refund status

                          I had made payment for booking irctc tatkal wl ticket through razorpay on 10.12.2018 transaction id [protected]- amount rs.770.98 /-

                          Irctc has cancelled ticket due to it was in tatkal wl and refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 14.12.2018 irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 770.98/-

                          I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case.

                          I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference.

                            Money deducted for booking a product but neither the product order is confirmed nor i am able to get any support from razor pay after raising the issue twice. The ticket numbers are 319392, 319730.

                            I had tried to order an iphone 5s back cover from madanyu website and razorpay deducted rs.349/. The payment id is : pay_bym5i20p4rd1gg

                            Now i want my full money back as i feel like trapped by razorpay and madanyu together.

                            Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as i am left with no choice to take this matter to the social media websites and get the help.

                                Hi i have made my emi payment on 7th december for 6088rs for the loan taken on flash cash. I made the emi payment through razorpay till now payment is not posted and i get continuous message to pay with penalty. I want this to be sorted out or else i will file a complaint. Receipt number-[protected]. I am not getting proper response from flash cash. I want a confirmation to be sent to my mail immediately. I will not make a single payment anymore.

                                  I booked ticket on irctc website by entering all the details. And made payment through net banking.
                                  Amount got deducted and ticket was not booked as senior citizens ticket i was booking for. When i checked booking history.. Transaction status was payment pending from bank end.. Wen bank has already deducted the amount.. Kindly try to resolve issue. To the earliest please

                                    I am Kavin Kumar K.I booked a railway ticket from Thanjavur-Hosur for 22/11/2018 for Rs.250 (Transaction ID- [protected]).The PNR number of the ticket is [protected]. I have cancelled the above said ticket later due to some unavoidable reasons on 4/11/2018. I had to receive a refund of 130Rs.The Cancellation/Refund ID: [protected].It has been more tan a month and I have not yet received my refund.I have attached the required details along with this as a PNG image file.Please do the needful.

                                      I tried to book ticket using irctc app on 5/12/2018, the ticket was not booked but my money was deducted from my account. When i check the failed transaction now it shows that the amonut is credited to my account but it is not yet credited. An amount of ₹385 had been deducted. I tried two times both times happend the same thing. My refund transaction id are [protected] & [protected].

                                        Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 305 (Two times) but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.
                                        My transaction ids are:

                                        Plz solve this problem as soon as possible.
