money got deducted but ticket did not generated.

I tried booking ticket from bengaluru to kabakaputtur on 13 december 2018 through debit card in razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited 150.49 ₹ from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app.. So please concern about this issue and provide me the refund as soon as possible... It's urgent
I have attached screenshot of successful transaction message i received from bank....

money got deducted but ticket not generated

I tried booking ticket from bengaluru to kabakaputtur through bhim app razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited for rs.385.49 from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app.. So please concern about this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible... Pls sir.. It's urgent

transaction failed

I have paid for irctc rail connect via razorpay gateway and selected upi. Then rs 490 have been paid from my account to upi/[protected]/[protected]@hdfcbank by this details on 13 dec but irctc did not recd the payment. Please process the refund immediately.

I have checked my irctc login and the booking details for payment made above are not appearing....

payment failed

Sir,
I was trying to book a train from roorkee to varanasi using your payment gateway. But the ticket booking gets faliled but the money is deducted from the google pay (Tez) app but no information is shown on the irctc app. Kindly return back the money which got deducted.
I have attached a transaction detail screenshot.
Please look into the matter....

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 390.98 but irctc website showing payment status is pending from bank end and failure reason is no response from bank. The message received from my bank as below:

Dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 390.98 on date[protected]:46:23 pm by upi ref no[protected]. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com...

irctc ticket not generated, says payment pending from razorpay

I paid through bhim app upi, via razorpay.
The amount was debited from my account but ticket was not generated.
Irctc website shows payment is still pending from razorpay.

They are saying that they have vacancies for me and i have to pay some registration fees for that and they taken from me 65000/-

I am abhilash,
I had ordered pizza from pizza hut and payment was done through razor gateway, the order was not placed and the amount is deducted on 09/12/2018 at 8:20 and 8:23 pm respectively. This happened twice. The amount was 471rs deducted twice.

My transaction on irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay gateway) got failed at 11.05 am on 11 december 2018. The amount was debited from my bank account but still the refund has not been received. I have contacted irctc and they have not received the amount.

You said complaint processed successfuly but till date amount not transfered to my SBI bank nor credited to my a/c.
I asked my bank but they said amount not received from you
I realy fade-up with your costomer service. plase improve it and try to solve problems in schedule time

I booked a ticket from HPT to SBC for travel on 14 jan 2019, I have selected gateway through Razorpay, The payment was debited but it didn't redirect to the irctc page and the ticket is in pending status saying Pending from Bank end.

getting unwanted otp messages on my mobile

This is swapnil kharate, since last few days i am getting unwanted otp messages, i have not done any transaction from razorpay, then why i am getting messages for otp from razorpay.
I am very curious to know why is this happening if i am not getting from your side, i will have to raise a police complaint against razorpay.

While i was booking a ticket on 25/11/2018 on irctc app the amount was deducted but no ticket was booked. It's displaying "pending from bank side". But the amount is deducted from account. It happened twice and two tickets of each 120rs, total 240rs is deducted. But no money is refunded to account. Transactions id: [protected] and [protected]...

Booked ticket on irctc using sbi internet banking inr450+11.8 service charge, on 30th november, 2018. Rs. 461.8 was debited, but the transaction status on irctc website shows - "pending from bank end". The money has been debited and i also received a message from the bank
Please look into the matter at earliest.

Sir, i have booked irctc ticket for rs.1935.98 through your gateway using my sbi debit card. But transaction failed and my account debited by the above amount.

Now one and half month has been passed but yet amount is not refunded to me by crediting my account.
