[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted but ticket not booked from razorpay

Hello razor pay team, My money got deducted from bank account, ticket not booked Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from pune to gulbarga on 03/03/2018 for date of journey 11/03/2018 payment mode as razorpay. Money rs 235 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest. Attached screenshots for the same. Hi myself lokesh, on 6th march i have booked train ticket through irctc mobile app from RAZORPAY gateway using BHI phonepe. Transaction was successfully done but ticket was not booked. From your side i didt received any notification regarding refund yet. kindly resolve this issue. i have worked hard to earn money
