[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted but transaction failed

Dear sir/madame,

Yesterday i was booking train tickets
On irctc at the time of payment i selected razorpay payment gatway via upi, but unforunately the transaction got failed, however money deducted from my account.

Now i want my refund regarding the same, kindly do the needful done.

I booked a ticket from NZM to DMN and made a payment of 1455/- through UPI - Razorpay gateway and the amount was debited but no ticket was booked. The Transaction number for the booking is [protected]. The UPI transction id and other relevant screenshots are attached. Please revert back the amount in my account as soon as possible.
