[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from account

My name is murali. I tried to book irctc ticket from irctc rail connect app. When i tried to pay using tez ausing razorpay as gateway, the money was deducted but the ticket was not booked. Razorpay just kept on showing waiting for the amount to arrive screen for about 5 minutes after the payment was done. Please resolve this issue and initiate my refund asap. I tried booking an IRCTC ticket on 14th may through TEZ. After entering the account details the amount of 260 rupees was debited from my bank account but was not transferred to irctc and thus ticket was not booked.After 2 days still i didn't receive the amount back.
The UPI translation id is[protected]
