[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from google pay but tickets not booked from irctc

I tried to book tickets via irctc on 7 may 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

I was trying to book my train ticket via G pay at the same time money debited from account and ticket not booked. Attaching screen shot of receipt for your reference. Pls look in to the matter earliest.

Hi i also do have same concern
I have done the transaction on 28th august in irctc via gpay
In GPAY transaction shown has completed but in irctc, ticket has not booked.
