[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from my sbi ac for train ticket but ticket was never issued | |
I booked a train ticket on 19/04/2018. The confirmation sms from bank came as money has been deducted but the irctc website never issued the ticket saying transaction failure. My bank statement shows money was debited. I sent a email to razorpay on 20th itself they asked me to send details of sms and bank statements. I sent then repeatedly. Till today no response. Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx8109 for a purchase worth rs450.0 on pos 38rr[protected] at raz*razorpay software txn#[protected].
