[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from my sbi ac for train ticket but ticket was never issued

I booked a train ticket on 19/04/2018. The confirmation sms from bank came as money has been deducted but the irctc website never issued the ticket saying transaction failure. My bank statement shows money was debited. I sent a email to razorpay on 20th itself they asked me to send details of sms and bank statements. I sent then repeatedly. Till today no response. Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx8109 for a purchase worth rs450.0 on pos 38rr[protected] at raz*razorpay software txn#[protected]. Money still not refunded. Called your company 500 times but customer care no listed diesnt even want to pick up the pbone and answer shankerganeshan Verified Support May 03, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Shanker! We checked and see that a refund for this transaction is processed from our end. We have updated you with refund details over the mail with the ref no : 182105.
