[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from tez upi but not shown in irctc rail connect and payment fail | |||||
Ticket is booked from irctc rail connect and payment mode is chosen upi and tez upi is filled as upi address, as the request is shown in the tez app, i completed my payment and it is payed from the tez but it is not shown in irctc app and transaction fails after 20 min. I do'nt understand where my money gone because it is payed from tez so it is gone in the account of razorpay. So kindly provide me my money back in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My money from bank got deducted but my ticket was not booked.
I kindly request you to please refund my money as soon as possible .
We checked the transaction with the UPI reference number - 814701089209 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. As there is a debit for the same in your account, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.
