[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted on bhim but ticket not booked.

I tried to book a ticket on IRCTC rail connect. But during the payment process money got deducted through BHIM at the request from bank upi and then i found that the ticket booking is failed and it is categorized under failed transactions in the portal and the reason was " NO response From Bank ".

Date - 29 July 2018
Amount - 335

I have attached 2 screenshots. 1 from BHIM and other from IRCTC rail connect app showing the transaction Id and the status of failed transaction.

Please initiate the refund or provide the status of refund.
