[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted, ticket not booked

Hi team,

Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 805 but IRCTC train ticket did not booked even though money got deducted from account. I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank Also I called IRCTC help center they ask me to contact you . IRCTC anyway unable to sya anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Messagew recived from my bank as below:

Rs 805 debited from a/c **1401 on[protected] to VPA razorpay.[protected]@hdfcbank
Transaction ID is HDF2EDA[protected]A8BBC75FED2268AD9.
Transaction was done on razorpay.[protected]@hdfcbank
Please help.

Money deducted from my Google pay app but ticket was not booked . It was 11 July 2019 so solve my problem as soon as possible.
Submitted my screenshot of the payment done on Google pay.
What more I have to say here .
