[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted transaction failed

Dear sir/ ma'am, on 23 june 2019 i was trying to book a ticket form nzm - gwl but due to certain reasons the ticket booking process was failed. The transaction has been done successfully from my googlepay account. For the reference i am attaching a screenshot. Please have a glance on it.

We checked the transaction with reference ID [protected] and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. You will be receiving the refund for the same within 7-10 working days. You can track the refund status here: https://razorpay.com/support/#refund
