[Resolved] Razorpay — money got deducted from my bank account and ticket not booked

Hi irctc team,

My ticket was not booked but amount has been deducted from my bank account. I used razorpay and used upi method to pay. Amount got deducted from my bank account and the ticket didn't get booked. It says pending from bank end. My bank has send the money. Please initiate the refund process so that i get my amount back.
Booking transaction id : [protected]
Transaction status : pending from bank end
Money got deducted from my bank account at 07:35am today in morning.
I was booking ticket for pune-to-ara in 12149 pune danapur express.

Have made a payment via razorpay by google pay.. money got deducted but did not got ticket. Also in irctc failed transaction it says money has been refunded. But didnot get money
