[Resolved] Razorpay — money got deducted from my bank account and ticket not booked | |||
Hi irctc team, My ticket was not booked but amount has been deducted from my bank account. I used razorpay and used upi method to pay. Amount got deducted from my bank account and the ticket didn't get booked. It says pending from bank end. My bank has send the money. Please initiate the refund process so that i get my amount back. Booking transaction id : [protected] Transaction status : pending from bank end Money got deducted from my bank account at 07:35am today in morning.
