[Resolved]  Razorpay — no refund and no response

Recently i ordered a saree from avoonik worth 399 and paid online through net banking.
Immediately the next day i recieved a mail from razopay saying my order is cancelled and that they will be refunding my money in 4 to 7 days. I cooperated with them for the next 7 days. Now it's been more than a week and still i havent recieved my refund. Also they have now stopped responding to my mails. Please do look into this problem. If razopay doesn't respond to my problem i may have to further report this problem to higher authorities at consumer court.

My problem is now resolved.My sincere apologies to Razorpay.The day i registered the complaint on this website, i visited Razorpay website.They had an option to track any refund/payment process.So using my payment id i could track my refund process and actually Razorpay had completed the refund process 2 days back itself.The only mistake here was generally SBI bank sends immediate messages to mobile on any type of bank activites.But for this particuar process i hadnt recieved any message and thats what made complain.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I had booked a tatkal ticket for Rs 1080 but in IRCTC website it shows that the ticket is pending for confirmation from bank end.
I did the transaction through Razorpay from my Upi id [protected]@icici.

I have purchased beauty products from www.amato.com for 1240. My money was debited from my account..but i did not get any confirmation mail from them..i have made a complaint to razorpay for refund..kindly do the needful.
