[Resolved] Razorpay — no reply for complaints | |||
If we try to call their customer care, it goes to a voicemail, which always says "we are facing unusual traffic, so kindly mail me". They haven't replied my mail for more than 20 days now. I made my payment to earlysalary app which went through RazorPay app. The amount has been debited from my account and is not yet reflected in my early salary account. UPI[protected][protected]@icici-Pay[protected]EarlySalary. This is the message I received. The amount is Rs.62, 818. I am not able to contact Razorpay through phone and no response for Emails too. It has been 20 days now and I have no clue where my money went. Was this information helpful? | |||
