[Resolved]  Razorpay — Not replying and holding up settlements of approx 1.5lacs

I have received this email from razopay "We have received a risk alert against your account for non-compliance with regulatory guidelines as set by one of our partner banks"

I have raised a ticket and provided them with all the information needed but yet they have not yet replied to me
