        Account under Review / KYC Not been activated

        Its been more than 40 days since we registered in Razorpay, Still our account is in review state and our KYC is not been activated. Its pathetic ryt? Very Bad Razorpay. Pls note that if KYC is not activated in next 2 days, will be moving out of Razorpay....

          This is to inform you that a fraud transaction has been done form my Axis Bank account which I have not done. My details are as given below:-

          Transaction Amount Rs. 10, 000/-
          Debit Card details- (First Six Letter) 450503 (Last Four)4660
          Transaction details of debit amount is attached.
          FIR Copy is attached.

          We have not done this transaction and no OTP has been received. Your gateway has been used for this fraud. Kindly refund the amount Rs. 10000/- as earliest.

              I was checking some stuff on facebook and i went through a website which was listed on facebook. the name of the site was giganticbeanbags.com where i saw a bean bag for Rs 349 and i ordered it. while making the payment i redirected to razorpay page and from there using my mobikwik wallet i made a total payment of 354.27 inclusive of taxes. after making the payment i received a mail that i made a payment to northernanthes and when i tried to track my order i was unable to track it and that website is not available anywhere. I checked it on google and i found multiple similar complaints against the same company. please help me in getting my money back.

                          Today morning I got some ads on my Instagram from this company called ComfyBeanBags- Best Comfortable Bean Bags
                          It was quite cheaper so I jumped into the page and paid the money ₹353.29. The product was of ₹349 and it included ₹3.something tax charge but after paying I didn’t got any of the tracking number or so.
                          Please do something and also why do you even let such scamsters enter the site.
                          Please take a serious action on this matter as soon as possible and also I WANT MY REFUND..😡🤬🤬🤬😡🤬🤬🤬

                            Placed an order no DD3722 paying Rs 599/- on 18/03/2021.I am still waiting for the delivery of order.pl find out to whom the money is further sent from your end.initially it was Digital devicez a payment confirmation sent by them, at the same time you mentioned it as Marvelous devices.Pl find out the authenticity of such forge company you are associated with.I want my money to be refunded at an earliest.else I would have no option left other than to go to consumer court.

                              I purchased shared bk plan and invested my money in that according to shared bk agreement. "From the date of rental bicycle investors will be provided rental service for the equipment purchased by sharedbk. The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 15 rupees and the total profit is 1350 rupees".

                              And didn't provide me service perfectly as it promised to me, but it cheated me and scammed and ran away with my money. I invested my money in sharedbk because it connected to trusted gateway razorpay. So place refund my amount in my account.

                              Please refund my money in my account as soom as possible.

                                  We have applied for receiving our FIRC about 50 days ago.
                                  The only response we have received from Razorpay was that they have been in touch with the Bank and assessing the scenario.
                                  They provided a statement mentioning it takes about 30 days to receive the FIRC and right now more than 6 of my emails have been ignored and our ticket ID with reference number #5090497 is hanging negatively and ignored.

                                  We need the FIRC to be submitted to the GST authorities as soon as possible and Razorpay does not even offer the option to call and ignores all the requests via chat function.

                                  Extremely disappointed.

                                  It has been very disappointing working with Razorpay.
                                  It has been 3 months and even receiving a call from Razorpay team for allowing 2 more weeks to get this resolved and having the FIRC.
                                  It has been over the 2 weeks mark now and we have consistently been receiving a similar response like a chat bot about the team is in constant touch with the bank and it is not something internal and still its been over 3 months.

                                  This is very unsystematic and unprofessional way of carrying out business with Razorpay.
                                  Heavily disappointed.
