It was quite cheaper so I jumped into the page and paid the money ₹353.29. The product was of ₹349 and it included ₹3.something tax charge but after paying I didn’t got any of the tracking number or so.

We have applied for receiving our FIRC about 50 days ago.
The only response we have received from Razorpay was that they have been in touch with the Bank and assessing the scenario.

I had made a payment to a website called collectionbazar.myshopify.com on 23/3/2021 order number 9985.
Now their site is not working and looking at other complaints online it seems it’s a fake website running a scam. Can you please refund the amount and do something about fraudulent companies using your payment gateway?...

On 29.03.2021, I purchased a shirt from an online vendor (shirtblacks.com) paying Rs.149.00 using my UPI. I proceeded with the payment, only because it was being made through Razorpay, a trustworthy organisation. I received a mail acknowledging payment from Razorpay (Payment Id - pay_GsQ0e17P0DlckY dated 29.03.2021, attached).
