Transaction details of debit amount is attached.
FIR Copy is attached.
We have not done this transaction and no OTP has been received. Your gateway has been used for this fraud. Kindly refund the amount Rs. 10000/- as earliest.

Today I received a call from no[protected] At apprx. 5 P.M.as a Razorpay Customer Service Employee. He want to cheat us by download some software from play store. Than, we understand he want to cheat us by download software.
He is merchant of Razorpay. Kindly blocked him as he is fraud to cheat the people from society. Kindly return our money Rs. 10000/- as earliest possible.
