[Resolved]  Razorpay — payment deducted but ticket not booked

Hi
I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC app on 28th December, 2018 for journey on 29th December, 2018 from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Bharatpur (Rajasthan) via Razorpay UPI. The amount has been deducted from bank but the ticket booking has failed in IRCTC app due to payment not received from bank. I have attached screenshot from Google Pay app and also from IRCTC app for confirmation.
Please look into the matter and initiate a refund.
