[Resolved] Razorpay — payment has not been reflected although payment has been made

I have made the payment of flash cash on 8th oct'18. But still the amount has not been credited yet. Payment reference number is[protected]. Payment amount is inr 8910.36.
They are showing the amount as pending and charging the late fee continuously on the same.
