Razorpay — Payment made but order not received yet

7 had ordered few items online on 7th Oct 2021 for Rs. 1561.82 and paid through Phonepe and i see my Account was debited to Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd as below. but i have not received my ordered product till now and no confirmation of order as well. I am not able to find the merchant details and contact them.

I would request you to kindly arrange to return my money.

I tried contacting support but no one picking calls.. and i am not able to raise a request on Razor pay portal... I have sent several emails but no response from Razorpay also.

Please help me with returning my money.

Can i request Razor pay team to look into the issue immediately and arrange for the refund early pls.
I have not heard anything from Razor pay nor from the the supplier till date.

I request the respective manager at Razor pay to kindly refund my money deducted.
There is no response from Razor pay nor from the seller confirming the order or refund.

Could you please arrange to refund the amount paid on 7th Oct 2021 Rs. 1561.82 .. Details already provided in my earlier post

is Razor pay is also a not trusted company?

Not even a single reply received from Razorpay despite several reminders, whatsapp and email messages.

It was expected from Razor pay to return the money ... there is no response from this company till now. the emails were not responded. there is one whatsapp number... My messages were ready but there is no response. _+91 [protected]... on this whatsapp number.

Razor pay, pls return money. It looks like Razor pay has not paid to the seller and therefore my order is not confirmed.
